Our call out service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year providing our client with reassurance all year round that should an emergency arise you have someone available to resolve your issue.
Once a call out has been logged it is sent to the relevant engineer who is familiar with the equipment and site to ensure the call out if dealt with efficiently and effectively. Returning the plant to normal operation as promptly as possible.
Our call out responses are dependent on the level of cover our client want, we normally offer a traffic light system that we go through with our client to establish what items need call out cover and what items can be resolved the following day or on the next maintenance visit.
